Order Status
Once your order is placed, we will update you on your order status by email.
Order Confirmation
Immediately after your order is placed, an Order Confirmation email with a summary of your order as well as your shipping and billing details will be sent to you.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email, letting you know your items have left our warehouse. Please note:

Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are sorry for any inconvenience caused. We accept requests for exchange or refund of unused items in their original condition and packaging within 15 days of delivery, as detailed below for specific refund requests.

1. Because these products are custom-made to order, we do not accept refunds without reason. We only accept compensation for quality issues. If you have any quality issues, please take a video and email us. We will respond to your message and resolve the issue within 24 hours. Return Processes

Order Cancellation
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order shave already been shipped.
